Скоро сите девојки се интересираат кога е вистинското време за прв пат да се посети гинеколог. Одлуката кога за прв пат да се посети гинеколог е само твоја лична работа.  Постојат неколку ситуации кои наложуваат кога да посетиш гинеколог.

• Ако имаш наполнето 16 години, а се уште не си имала прва менструација.
•  Ако имаш наполнето 18 години, а се уште не си била на гинеколог.
• Ако планираш да станеш сексуално активна, или веќе си.
• Ако си сексуално активна, а менстуацијата ти доцни.
• Ако имаш болни грчеви во долниот дел од стомакот кои не поминуваат.
• Ако имаш секрет кој обилно истекува од вагината.
• Ако те чеша во пределот на гениталиите.
• Ако постои било каква промена во пределот на гениталиите.
•  Ако размислуваш да почнеш да користиш анти-беби пилули или некое друго контрацептивно средство.

Грижа за своето здравје е кога минимум еднаш во годинита ќе се посети матичниот гинеколог. Редовните контроли помагаат да…

Приказната за една кампања

И еве ме девојка во 21 век… Секој ден од сите страни слушам дека светот оди напред, научниците успеале да откријат ваква и ваква работа, владите и државите имплементирале ова и ова, почнале да се користат нови модели, се воведуваат најразлични иновации во најразлични области… А, ние?

Ние во последниве години како да тапкаме во место. Можеби и не тапкаме, можеби  дури и се враќаме неколку чекори наназад…

Во нашава мала државичка дури и во 21 век, во модерното време се користат апсолутно исти техники како во одредени држави во средината на 20ти век… Пропагандата на Гебелс,  постулатите на Бернеј… активно се вклучени во нашиот општествен живот.

Е да, Гебелс користел радио,  а сега се користи телевизија… Нашиот просечен човек и нема некој голем избор на канали, односно има… но, на сите се врти истата содржина.  Внимателно избрано времето (околу спортски случувања,  празници) на емитување, внимателно избрано времето на повторување, внимателно избрани слогани…  Менување на свеста… Силување на интелектот на нашиот граѓанин.

И ќе се прашаме каде е тука насилството?  Насилството е составен дел на оние манипулативни пораки… Оние пораки кои навидум изгледаат безопасни… Пораки кои не повредуваат никого… Пораки кои на прв поглед  изгледаат вообичаено,а во суштина се исполнети со насилни содржини, скриени значења…  И тие пораки се оние пораки кои на најбрутален можен начин ја силуваат свеста на гледачите и најефективно ги менуваат нивните ставови.

Кај нас, се започна пред некои 6 години… Тогаш патувајќи накај факултет ги забележав постерите кои го преплавија нашево Скопје… Страшни слики, проследени со пораки дека абортусот е убиство… Директно посочување кон жената што направила абортус дека е убиец. Стигматизација и нетолерантност. Нарачател: непознат.

2009 година- покрај најавите за промена на законот абортус почнува да се спроведува кампањата за штетните последици од истиот.  Нарачател: Влада на РМ Премиерот во тоа време изјавува дека никој нема намера да го забрани абортусот туку да ги покаже ризиците од неговото изведување. Повторно манипулирање со обичниот граѓанин, кој сакал-нејќел беше изложен на овие рекламни спотови…

Многу скоро во нашиот медиумски простор почнува да се врти кампањата: „Имаш право на избор. Избери живот.“  Цел- менување на свеста на луѓето. Нарачател: Влада на РМ Слоганот насилен и насочувачки. Доколку некој, не навлегувајќи во суштината на истиот, го прочита овој слоган во очи ќе му падне зборот избор- што недвосмислено насочува кон можноста девојките/жените да направат избор во животот каков што тие сакаат и да си ги остварат правата, без притоа никој да им се меша во истото . Тоа е така, но само навидум… Вториот дел од самата порака јасно укажува на тоа каков треба да биде изборот на секоја жена/девојка.  Стигматизација и нетолерантност кон девојките/жените кои сакаат да направат (или веќе направиле) абортус.

Но тоа не е се…Овој циклус продолжи со менување на законот за абортус. Законот заради спорните одредби (чекање од 3 дена, советување за придобивките од бременоста и сл.) стана порестриктивен.  Стигматизација и нетолерантност кон изборот на девојките/ жените, и женските права, дискриминација на девојките/ жените  кои не се економски моќни, кои немаат непречен пристап до здравствени услуги…

И повторно нов циклус на реклами кои посочуваат на предностите од бременоста, ризиците од абортусот и врвот на врвовите- реченицата на последната рекламна порака- „ Ви честитам, убивте здраво дете.“  Рекламата беше повлечена, но целта постигната- свеста на граѓаните почна да се менува… на полошо. Дискриминација на жената и нејзините права.

Сменета свест и потрошено мало богатство (проценките се дека од 2009 година наваму, се трошат по 36 милиони денари на годишно ниво за оваа кампања).Со тие пари, на годишно ниво во Македонија може да се обезбеди бесплатна контрацепција за околу 6000 жени и да се спроведе едукација на жените за користењето на контрацепцијата, а со тоа да се намали стапката на абортус.

Факт- Вака (на досегашниот начин- кампањи, менување на закон) не се намалува бројот на абортуси. Новиот закон за абортус ќе го отежни слободниот пристап до абортус. Така барем велат  71% од гинеколозите во Македонија.

Факт-45% од младите во Македонија ги осудуваат жените кои направиле абортус.

Факт- Медиумските кампањи ја менуваат свеста!!! Абортусот може да се случи секому.  Да не паѓаме на површни кампањи ! Да ги почитуваме женските права!

Да не дозволиме да ни влијаат манипулативни пораки!!!

Да не дозволиме да ни ги избришат цивилизациските вредности и придобивки.

Промената почнува со мене!

Кампањата против абортусот, или како што другите милуваат да ни кажат, кампањата за запознавање на јавноста со негативните последици од абортус, започнаа пред 4 години.

Се разбира кампањите не беа цел сами за себе. После неколку години од неборени минути на владини кампањи и потрошени милиони денари на буџетски пари, ова лето се случи промената на законот за абортус.

Овој закон не беше во прилог на жените во нашата земја. Овој закон само го отежнува пристапот до абортусот. Најверојатно веќе знаеете за задолжителните три дена чекање и задолжителното советување, пропратено со целата друга медицинска и адмистративна документација.

 

Откако, законот беше донесен, ние решивме да направиме истражување и да видиме кој се ставовите на општата јавност, но и гинеколозите околу прашањата, како и ефектите врзани со кампањите и новиот закон.

Истражувањето покажа, вложените пари го дадоа својот ефект.

Но, сите заедно треба да се спротиставиме на овие манипулативни кампањи.

Во среда од 12 до 16 часот, бидете на твитер, користете хаштаг #абортус и споделете го вашиот став со другите за оваа кампања, но и за сите други „добри“ работи што ни се случуваат.

На краткорочен план:

– да направи дополнителна обука и им обезбеди прирачни материјали на одделенските наставници одговорни за предметот „ Образование за животни вештини“, односно да го усвои веќе подготвениот прирачник од ХЕРА и стручни лица.

– да осигури дека предметот „ Образование за животни вештини“ се предава во основните и во средните училишта според предвидените планови

На долгорочен план:

– да формира работна група чија задача ќе биде да осмисли и спроведе план за системско воведување на посебен предмет за сеопфатно сексуално образование од 2016/17 година

On the right of choice or how the question – When are you going to have children ? – started to be offensive to me.

I am 28 years of age. Two years ago I obtained my MA in Acting. I am employed. I have regular, sound monthly wages. I have health and social insurance. I have a home of my own. And I have no intention of having children in the next 7-8 years. And no, I do no feel at all that I am a bad person because of this.

I adore children. I admire their courage, their fantasy, their honesty. I like spending time with children, talking to them, playing with them. I know how to change dippers, I am also able to feed them and put them to bed. Thus, should you need to, feel free to leave your child in my care. In less than two months my best friend will become a father for the first time; I cannot wait for this baby to be born. I cannot wait! There it is, I love children, I love them a lot, but for now I love someone else’s children. But for the time being do not want children of my own.

This does not make me a bad person. This attitude of mine does not make me ultra-liberal, neither does it make me a bitch nor a traitor to my nation. Therefore, nobody has the right to insult me or judge me. Concerning this question, no one has the right to pick and poke in my head, in my heart or in my panties. Because this is my personal decision .

Sex is a unique, an incredibly exciting, and a releasing thing. It is a complete liberation of rationality, an intensive existence in a moment and a space in which reality does not reach. Which would mean liberty. But… I agree that spontaneity is important and contributes to quality, still I would gladly trade some spontaneity for good results at my Pap test. Thought it is undoubtedly romantic when your boyfriend surprises you by giving you daisies, but there is nothing romantic about him surprising you by giving you HPV. On the contrary it is remarkably unpleasant. It is great to lay in embrace and to think up names of for your baby, but it is not great to have to give up all your dreams and life plans in one instant, just because you have had and unplanned pregnancy that you could not have prevented because you could not afford protection or because the Law on Pregnancy Termination does not allow you to have an abortion.

The decision to have or not to have a child is a deeply intimate decision. This is why when at the beginning of this summer the draft bill on changes of the Law on Pregnancy Termination was announced I felt personally, intimately affected. I was frightened. I felt physically threatened. My body was threatened. Somebody had been bold enough to take my body and profit with it. To use it as support for their cro-magnon believes about family, the role of women, the preservation of the nation and similar poppycock. For the fulfillment of their political agendas intended to defocus attention form the existential problems that are faced everyday by the majority of people in this country, like – Will we have what to eat for dinner tomorrow? How will I buy boots for my child this winter? What will I pay the bills with?

With the passing of this bill…let me remind you that 23 women MPs voted aye … that is 23 women half of which I am certain have at least one daughter or grand-daughter..with the passing of that bill the social, health and general position of the women is terrifyingly jeopardized.

So far we have been flabbergasted with data about the consequences of merciless laws and customs because of which wo

men do not have a chance to get educated, are on daily bases exposed to constant home violence, have no access to prenatal and postnatal health care, are forcefully sterilized, have no right to decide for themselves when and whom they will marry but are forced to get married when they turn ten, to men 3-4 times older than them, have highly risky pregnancies because their young bodies are not yet ready to carry a baby, live in environments in which newly-born girls are taken form their mothers and are killed. Yes, these are the scary examples in which the law rules not taking in account women’s rights.

Still, the law that governs in one province in Burma, which bans women of a certain Muslim ethnic group to have more than two children and the new Law on Pregnancy Termination in the Republic of Macedonia are essentially very similar. Both laws are results of demographic policies. Both laws do to aim towards the improvement of access of women towards better health care, nor do they contribute to the access to contraceptives. And above all else, both laws do not take in consideration  women’s human rights.  Both laws force and discriminate. In both cases the law decides not the woman. Yet practice shows that there isn’t a good healthcare initiative that is not supported on human rights.

The focus of family planning programmes should not be turned towards realizing numbers, but towards the quality and the availability of services. Let us be honest, forming committees that bring decisions, which will affect a girl’s entire life, withing three days is not care for women’s health. This same government that has such a view of the role of women and family planing, and which proposes and passes such a middle-age law, creates strategies in which expenses for contraceptives shall be covered by the national healthcare insurance. I must admit this makes me very mistrustful. In particular because numbers tell us that not much is done in the field. Which indicates that the state does not fulfill the obligations, which it has taken up with its own strategic documents. In public all the trumpets are proclaiming that it is our obligation to provide the nation with offspring, and that children are our greatest wealth… I fear that one day the abortion will be made illegal. Today the price for contraceptives is one of the basic reasons for their low usage amongst girls. As things are going I am afraid that one day it will not be possible for them to be bought on legal medicine market.

Ignorance, as well as attitudes of gynecologists themselves concerning contraception are beyond any doubt factors for the low confidence in modern contraception. So, instead of throwing money on shameful and insulting advertisements that stigmatize the right to choose not to become a parent under certain conditions, and pointing fingers at and accusing of murder, those who due to objective reasons have taken advantage of this right, are using in now, or might be forced to do so in future, it can be invested in educating the young on how to avoid having to have to bring this difficult decision. In encouraging the young to use contraception. In making it accessible to them. In moving form situations where boys are thinking that girls are bothersome in continually insisting to have protected sex to girls confidently using anti-baby pills without fear of growing mustache. From not being ashamed to by condoms in the supermarket to being able to, in the financial scene, afford regular purchases of oral contraceptives.

The correct perception to contraception allows us to take care of our body, of ourselves and of those we wish to be intimate with, of those we love. The existence and availability of possibilities for our own protection and the protection of our partner makes us certain, self-confident and gives us a feeling that in a certain way we hold things in our own hands, delivering us form fear. It is only in this way that we see sex not as a threat but as an enjoyment. The availability of modern contraceptives to the young in Macedonia, today, does not only shield them form unwanted pregnancy but also from the newly-passed law. It allows them to plan. To be able to enjoy, to be able to spend a few years abroad, to travel and to be carefree. To be young. To become parents when they really feel ready for it and when their desire and need to do it are so strong that they are prepared to realize them. Not to do it because there was no other way out, because they have been forced, or because they owe it to their nation.

The availability of modern contraception for the young is the availability of choice. It is a possibility to practice the right to choose; which is a basic human right.

New restrictive abortion law is proposed by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia

A couple of days ago the Government of Macedonia  proposed to Parliament  a new Abortion Law. The new Abortion Law    has a number of articles which are restrictive and  dimish the right of women to have free access to abortion.

The Government  proposes that the law goes through an urgent procedure, because they  state,   it is not a systemic  law and the issues that are covered are not disputable. Today when the Minister of Health addressed Parliament said that in the law there are   no new aspects introduced and that only  issues from the old law are better regulated. The Minister also pointed out that this law is proposed due to the protection of the women’s health.   The majority of the MPs voted for the new law to go through urgent procedure.

OF COURSE THIS IS MANIPULATION AND IT IS NOT TRUE.

The new law on abortion introduces new mechanisms that are obstacles for free access to abortion.  In short  below are the restrictive aspects of the new l
A woman needs to submit a written application in order the pregnancy to be terminated ,aw:

• A woman needs to give a written consent approval the procedure to be done ,
• mandatory pre-abortion counseling ,
• the partner (the husband) is to be informed about the procedure,
• mandatory waiting period of three days after the pre-abortion counseling,
• submitting a confirmation from the doctor is necessary

The whole law  gives significant discretionary power to the Minister of Health,

and the  makes the whole system  highly centralized.

These are only the main restrictive aspects of the new law.

The law is in parliamentary procedure and the next discussion in the commission is in two days time.
